How to Export Records

The Export option allows you to download your Investment Dominator records into a CSV (Excel-compatible) file. This is helpful if you want to review, analyze, or work with your data outside of the platform.

How to Export Your Records

Step 1: Go to Your Records

  1. From the left-hand menu, click Prospecting (or any record list you want to export).
  2. You will see a list of your records.

Step 2: Select Records

  1. Select the records you want to export by:
    • Checking individual records, or
    • Clicking Select All to export all visible records.
  2. The Export option will remain disabled until at least one record is selected.

Step 3: Export the Records

  1. Click the Actions button in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Export.
  3. When prompted, confirm the number of records to export.
  4. Click Confirm.

Step 4: Download the File

  1. The system will process the export (this may take a few seconds or minutes depending on the number of records).
  2. Your browser will automatically begin downloading the file.
  3. Watch for your browser’s download indicator (usually at the top or bottom of the screen).

Step 5: Confirm Completion

  • A green success banner will appear confirming the export was completed successfully.
  • The file will download as a CSV file, which can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet tools.

What file format is used for exports?
All exports are downloaded as CSV files.

Why is the Export option disabled?
You must select at least one record before the Export option becomes available.

Can I export all records at once?
Yes. Use Select All before choosing Actions > Export.
