Welcome to the Investment Dominator 2.0 setup process! This guide walks you through the initial setup wizard, explains the recommended phone and website configuration, and covers how to use key features like Property IQ, AI Copilot, support tickets, and more.


What Happens During the Weekly Live Training?

The weekly live training sessions are divided into two parts:

  1. Setup & System Walkthrough
    • Learn how to configure Investment Dominator 2.0
    • Set up your profile, company information, websites, phone numbers, and more
  2. Live Q&A Session
    • Ask technical support questions live
    • Learn strategies and workflows from real user questions
    • View demonstrations inside the system

Note: All calls are recorded and uploaded weekly to the User Guide.


Accessing the Setup Wizard

When you first sign into Investment Dominator 2.0, you’ll see a welcome message prompting you to begin setup.

Click:

Setup → Launch Setup Wizard

The setup wizard walks you through:

  • Personal Profile
  • Company Information
  • Buying Acquisitions Setup
  • Selling Dispositions Setup
  • Website Domains
  • Phone Numbers
  • Emails
  • Signatures
  • Time Zones

Step 1 — Profile Information

The first section configures your personal profile.

Required Fields

First Name & Last Name

These appear on your marketing letters.

If you need to update them later:

Profile → Edit Name


Profile Picture (Optional)

Profile pictures are only visible internally for your team members.

This is useful if:

  • You work with virtual assistants
  • You assign tasks to team members
  • Multiple users access the system

Email & Phone Number

These are your personal contact details — not your business contact information.

You may use:

  • Personal phone number
  • Personal email
  • Business email (optional)

Time Zone

Set your local time zone so:

  • Task times display correctly
  • Notifications align with your local time

Digital Signature Setup

Your signature is used on marketing letters and offer documents.

You have 3 options:

Option 1 — Draw Signature

Use your mouse or stylus to draw a signature.

Option 2 — Generate Signature

Type your name and select a font style.

Option 3 — Upload Signature

Upload a scanned image of your real signature.

You can change your signature later anytime under:

Profile → Signature


How Will You Use the System?

Select one option:

  • Individual
  • Company / DBA
  • Not Sure Yet

This setting is informational only and does not affect system functionality.


Step 2 — Company Information

This section controls:

  • Your marketing letters
  • Return mailing address
  • Website contact information
  • Public-facing company information

Recommended Phone System Setup

Investment Dominator recommends using a 3-line virtual phone system.

Recommended Phone Lines

1. New Offer Request Line

Used on:

  • Neutral letters
  • Buying website

Purpose:

  • Initial seller inquiries
  • Property information intake

This line works well with:

  • Call centers
  • AI phone agents
  • Virtual assistants

2. Negotiation Line

Used only on:

  • Offer letters

Purpose:

  • Discussing offers
  • Counteroffers
  • Seller negotiations

This line should be answered by:

  • You
  • A trained team member

3. Cash / Sales Line

Used on:

  • Property listings
  • Selling website

Purpose:

  • Buyer inquiries
  • Property sales questions

This line should also be handled directly by your sales team.


Recommended Phone Provider

Investment Dominator commonly recommends:

  • Tresta
  • Other virtual phone providers

You are free to use any provider you prefer.


Company Email Setup

You may use either:

Free Email Option

Examples:

  • Gmail
  • Yahoo

Example:

  • bestlanddeals@gmail.com

Domain-Based Email Option

Examples:

  • info@yourdomain.com
  • offers@yourdomain.com

This option looks more professional but requires:

  • Domain purchase
  • Email hosting setup

Company Mailing Address

Your mailing address appears on every envelope you send.

Recommended Options

Option 1 — PO Box

Use a physical PO Box.

Option 2 — Virtual Mailbox

Recommended for:

  • Remote investors
  • International users
  • Home-based businesses

A popular option is:

  • Anytime Mailbox

Virtual mailbox services:

  • Receive your mail
  • Scan envelopes
  • Email you digital copies

Company Time Zone

This controls the business hours shown on your letters and websites.

Example:

  • “Available Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM Pacific Time”

Step 3 — Buying Acquisitions Setup

This section configures your buying business.


Buying Brand

This is your marketing name.

Examples:

  • Smith Land Buyers
  • Easy Land Offers
  • Luis Buys Land

This name appears on:

  • Letters
  • Websites
  • Branding

Buying Website Domain

You need a buying website domain.

Examples:

  • EasyLandOffers.com
  • SellYourLandFast.com

Domain Options

Option 1 — Purchase Through Investment Dominator

Use:

  • Check Availability
  • Register Domain

The system can purchase and connect the domain automatically.


Option 2 — Purchase Through External Registrar

Examples:

  • GoDaddy
  • Namecheap

Recommended if:

  • You want custom email hosting
  • You need full DNS control

Offer Phone Number

This should be your:

  • Negotiation line

Used only on offer letters.


Offer Email

You may:

  • Use your main business email
  • Create a separate offers email

Example:

  • offers@yourdomain.com

Real Estate Agent Disclosure

If you are licensed:

  • Enable disclosure
  • Review wording with an attorney

The disclosure appears on:

  • Letters
  • Websites

Step 4 — Selling Dispositions Setup

This section configures your selling business.


Selling Brand

Examples:

  • Luis Sells Land

Sales Phone Number

Use your:

  • Cash line
  • Selling line

This number appears on listings and sales pages.


Sales Email

Recommended:

  • Separate email for sales

Examples:

  • sales@yourdomain.com
  • info@yourdomain.com

Completing the Setup Wizard

At the end of the wizard:

  • Review all information
  • Click Complete

The system synchronizes your setup automatically.

Property IQ helps you:

Open a property record, then:

You may increase the radius if:

  • Rural area has limited comps

Property IQ automatically:

You should still:

  • Review selected comps manually
  • Remove poor matches
  • Choose the most similar properties

Offer Range Suggestions

Property IQ provides:
