Getting Started with the Setup Wizard

When you first log in to Investment Dominator 2.0, you’ll see a welcome message prompting you to begin setup.

Step 1: Launch the Setup Wizard

From your dashboard:

Click: Setup

The Setup Wizard will guide you through each stage of onboarding.


Personal Profile Setup

Enter Your Name

Your first and last name determine how your name appears on certain marketing materials and internal account settings.

Best Practice:

Use the name you want associated with your business communications.


Upload a Profile Picture

Your profile image is for internal team use only.

Important:

This image is not public-facing, so you can safely upload your personal photo for account organization.


Personal Email & Phone Number

This section is strictly for account login and internal communication.

You Can Use:

  • Personal email
  • Personal phone number

Note:

This information does not appear on your marketing campaigns.


Select Your Time Zone

Choose your actual local time zone to ensure:

  • Accurate task deadlines
  • Correct appointment times
  • Proper activity timestamps

Create Your Digital Signature

Your digital signature is used for marketing letters.

Options:

  • Generate a signature inside the system
  • Upload a scanned version of your real signature

Important:

This is not a legal signature—it is used strictly for branding and marketing.


Choose Your Business Structure

Select how you plan to operate:

  • Individual
  • Company / LLC
  • DBA (Doing Business As)
  • Not Sure Yet

Your choice does not lock you into anything permanently and can be updated later.


Company Information Setup

This section controls the public business details displayed on your letters and websites.


Company Phone Numbers (Highly Recommended 3-Line Setup)

For best results, Investment Dominator recommends using a virtual phone system with three separate business lines:

1. New Offer Request Line

Used for inbound seller calls from neutral letters.

2. Offer Line (Buying)

Used for purchase offers and acquisition communication.

3. Cash Line (Selling)

Used for buyer inquiries on properties you are selling.

Buying Website Domain Setup

Investment Dominator includes a buying website.

You can register one domain through Investment Dominator.

If Investment Dominator registers the domain for you:

  • You may need to pay a transfer fee later

Selling Brand Setup

Your selling brand should remain separate from your buying brand.

Handling Seller Calls with New Offer Request

When a seller calls from your neutral letter:

Navigate To:

Prospecting > Actions > New Offer Request


Search for Seller by:

  • Reference number from letter

Seller Intake Questionnaire

During the call, confirm:

  • Ownership
  • Mailing address
  • Phone number
  • Email address

Every buyer who visits your site and submits info is automatically stored in your marketing database.

Rework AI Integration

Rework AI scores downloaded records to help prioritize your best leads.

Score Range:

  • +255 = Strong potential
  • -255 = Weak potential

Recommended Threshold:

Mail to leads scoring 100+ first.

ITI requires default merge fields. For custom letters:
