In this guide, we’ll walk through the Listed For Sale section found inside the Selling Stage of Investment Dominator 2.0. This section is designed to manage properties that are under contract and actively being marketed to potential buyers.

Step 1: Navigate to the ‘Listed For Sale’ Section

To get started:

  1. Log in to your Investment Dominator account.
  2. On the dashboard, locate the property stages section.
  3. Click on the ‘Listed For Sale’ stage to access properties in this category.

Step 2: Understand the Statuses Within ‘Listed For Sale’

Within this stage, properties can have several different statuses based on their sales progress. Here’s what each status means:

🏦 1. Open Escrow

This status is used when the sale process has officially begun, and you’re in the escrow phase with a buyer.

  • You’re no longer actively marketing the property.
  • You’re now working on finalizing the sale.

✅ 2. Complete – Ready To Sell

This is the most common status when your property is fully prepped and ready for advertising. It means:

  • Your property details are complete.
  • The Listing Section has been filled out.
  • A sale price has been set.
  • You’re ready to start marketing the property.

📝 3. Transaction Complete

Once escrow has closed and all paperwork has been finalized, move the property into this status.

  • This means the transaction is done, but you haven’t officially marked the property as “sold” yet.

🏁 4. Sold

Mark the property as Sold once the transaction is 100% complete.

💡 Keeping sold properties visible on your website can help:

  • Build trust with new visitors.
  • Demonstrate a track record of successful sales.
  • Show the kinds of properties you work with.

However, if you don’t want sold properties to appear, follow the steps below to hide them.

How to Hide or Show a Property Listing

At any time, you can manually hide or show a property on your selling website by adjusting the Listing Status.

To Hide a Property:

  1. Open the property record.
  2. Go to the Listing section.
  3. Change the Listing Status to Private.

🔒 This will remove it from public view on your selling site.

To Show It Again:

  1. Follow the same steps, but set Listing Status to Public.

🌐 This will make the listing visible again on your website.

💵 5. Purchased

The Purchased status is meant to indicate that:

  • 📝 You’ve acquired the property — the deed is in your name (or your entity’s).
  • 📁 All purchase documentation has been finalized.
  • 🏷️ You’re either preparing the property to be listed for sale or have it temporarily paused before listing.

📂 6. File Closed

If you’re no longer working with the property and wish to close it out of your system:

  • Set the status to File Closed.
  • This is the final status in the Listed For Sale stage.

Final Thoughts

The Listed For Sale stage is crucial for managing properties you’re actively working to sell. Use the proper statuses to track each property’s progress, and remember—you have full control over what’s shown on your Selling Site.

Keeping your listings organized and updated not only helps you manage deals efficiently, but also builds credibility with potential buyers.
