This guide walks you through the core setup and navigation of Investment Dominator, including the differences between Legacy and 2.0, profile and company settings, website themes, notifications, records, and support resources. It’s designed to help new users get oriented quickly and confidently.


Overview of Investment Dominator Versions

Investment Dominator currently operates with two versions:

  • Legacy Version – Contains certain features that are still being migrated, such as:
    • Website theme management
    • Onboarding wizard
    • Some advanced customization tools
  • Investment Dominator 2.0 – The primary platform moving forward, featuring:
    • A modern dashboard
    • CRM functionality
    • Campaigns, records, wizards, and analytics
    • Buying and selling workflows

You can switch between versions at any time using the toggle button in the upper-left corner. If you ever feel lost, clicking the Investment Dominator logo will always return you to the homepage.


Step 1: Navigating the Dashboard in 2.0

Once inside Investment Dominator 2.0, you’ll land on the dashboard, which provides:

  • A snapshot of your records and deal flow
  • Key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Quick access to your tools and workflows

This dashboard will continue to evolve as new features are added, but all core functionality is available.


Step 2: Setting Up Your Profile

Your Profile contains personal and system-level settings.

What You Can Edit

  • Name and profile photo (optional)
  • Signature image (draw, type, or upload)
  • Time zone
  • Password

Important Warning

Do not change your primary email address in your profile.
Changing it can create a duplicate account and cause you to lose access to leads and services.

If you need to update your email, contact support first.


Step 3: Configuring Notifications

Notifications help you stay informed about activity in your business.

Buying-Side Notifications

Triggered when:

  • A landowner requests an offer from your buying website

You can receive notifications via:

  • Email
  • Text message
  • Mobile app (if enabled)

Selling-Side Notifications

Triggered when:

  • A buyer submits an inquiry on your selling website

Step 4: Company Settings (Buying Side)

Company settings control what appears on your letters, offers, and websites.

Key Fields

  • Company name (optional)
  • Company address (do not use your home address)
  • Company phone number (required)
  • Company time zone
  • Broker or agent disclosure (if applicable)
  • Offer phone number (used only on offers)

Best Practices

  • Use a virtual address or PO box-style suite address
  • Do not use your personal cell phone number
  • Consider separate phone numbers for:
    • General inquiries
    • Offer negotiations

Step 5: Company Settings (Selling Side)

The selling side represents a separate workflow.

  • Use a different phone number than your buying side
  • Properties marked as ready to sell and public in the CRM will automatically appear on your selling website
  • Images and listing details pull directly from your CRM records

Step 6: Website Themes and Domains

Website themes are managed primarily in the Legacy version.

Uploading a New Theme

  1. Go to Legacy → Customize → Themes
  2. Download a theme template
  3. Return to Websites
  4. Upload and apply the theme

Themes automatically carry over into Investment Dominator 2.0 once uploaded.

You receive:

  • One buying website
  • One selling website
  • Two free domains (via the onboarding wizard)

Step 7: Using Records, Campaigns, and Wizards

Records (CRM)

Investment Dominator functions as a CRM where you:

  • Store landowner records
  • Track statuses and deal flow
  • Manage communications

Campaigns

Campaigns are used to send:

  • Letters
  • Mailers
  • Outreach to landowners

Wizards

Wizards help with advanced tasks such as:

  • Finding deals
  • Property IQ analysis
  • Deal evaluation

Step 8: Property IQ and Deal Analysis

Property IQ allows you to:

  • Analyze comparable sales
  • Review market data
  • Support your offer pricing

This tool should be used alongside your Land Profit Generator training, not as a replacement for due diligence.

If values appear inaccurate, submit a support ticket with:

  • APN
  • County
  • State
  • Screenshots or video (Loom recommended)

Step 9: Importing CSV Files

To import records successfully, your CSV file must include 11 required fields, including:

  • Owner name and address
  • Property APN
  • Property county and state

If your file is missing required fields:

  • The import will fail
  • You may need to adjust the file or use another data source

If issues persist, upload via Legacy or contact support.
