This guide summarizes the core topics covered during the Investment Dominator setup call. It is designed to help new and existing users understand how to navigate the platform, configure essential settings, access support resources, and begin prospecting and analyzing deals using Investment Dominator 2.0.

Step 1. Understanding the Investment Dominator Interface

Investment Dominator includes both a 2.0 interface and a Legacy version. While most functionality is now available in 2.0, some setup tools (such as domain onboarding) may still reside in Legacy.

Navigating Back to Home

  • Click the Investment Dominator logo (top-left) at any time to return to the home screen.
  • From the home screen, you can switch between 2.0 and Legacy views.

Step 2. Profile Settings Overview

Access your profile by clicking your avatar or name in the top navigation.

Personal Information

  • Name and profile photo (optional)
  • Time zone
  • Password management

โš ๏ธ Important:
Do not change your email address from the Profile section. This email is tied to your Land Profit Generator account and Investment Dominator access. Contact support if an email change is required.

Signature Image

  • Upload an image, draw your signature, or generate one using text and fonts
  • This signature appears on Prospect Neutral Letters

The signature image is the only customer-facing element within your profile.

Step 3. Views & Notification Preferences

Views

Customize how you see data in your CRM:

  • List View
  • Card View
  • Calendar View (for tasks)

These settings apply to:

  • Properties
  • Contacts
  • Owner financing notes
  • Tasks

Notifications

Control how you are notified for activity related to:

  • Buying website offer requests
  • Selling website buyer opt-ins
  • Email, SMS, and mobile push notifications

๐Ÿ“ฑ Investment Dominator includes a mobile app (iOS & Android) for real-time alerts.

Step 4. Company Settings (Buying & Selling)

Navigate to Settings โ†’ Company.

Buying Side (Acquisitions)

This information is used for Prospect Neutral Letters and your buying website.

Configure:

  • Company name (optional)
  • Company address (recommended: virtual address, not your home)
  • Company phone number (recommended: virtual phone system)
  • Fax number (optional)
  • Company email
  • Company time zone
  • Licensed agent/broker disclosure (if applicable)

๐Ÿ” Best Practice:
Never use your personal home address or cell phone number on mailers.

Offer Phone & Offer Email

Optional but useful for managing negotiation calls once deal volume increases.

Selling Side (Dispositions)

Configure:

  • Selling brand/company name
  • Sales (cash) phone number
  • Sales email address

This information appears on your selling website and is used by buyers responding to property listings.

Step 5. Account & Billing Management

Navigate to Settings โ†’ Account.

This opens the Account Management Center, where you can:

  • Update billing details
  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan
  • Manage subscriptions

This area requires a separate login for security reasons. Use โ€œForgot Passwordโ€ if accessing for the first time.

Step 6. Help, Support & Training Resources

Access Help from the top navigation.

Available Support Options

  • Weekly Live Setup & Q&A Calls
  • AI Support Assistant
  • User Guide (searchable knowledge base)
  • Support Tickets
  • Feature Suggestions

๐Ÿ“˜ Tip:
Use the User Guide search bar or browse by category for step-by-step articles.

๐ŸŽŸ Support Tickets

  • Best way to get personalized help
  • Typical response time: within 24 business hours

Step 7. Prospecting & Importing Leads

Navigate to Prospecting โ†’ Wizards โ†’ Find Deals.

Importing Leads

  • Use included lead credits (1 credit = 1 record)
  • Select state and county
  • Apply standard or custom filters (value, acreage, owner type, etc.)
  • Refresh record count after adjusting filters

Tagging & Deal Flow Assignment

  • Add tags to keep records organized
  • Assign records to:
    • Team members
    • Deal flows (e.g., Neutral Letter deal flow)
    • Initial status (e.g., Prospect)

Imported records appear immediately in your CRM.

Step 8. Property IQ & Deal Analysis

Navigate to Prospecting โ†’ Wizards โ†’ Property IQ.

Property IQ allows you to:

  • Analyze properties already in your CRM
  • View comps, financial summaries, and AI-assisted offer ranges
  • Generate insights using recent sales data

You can also calculate offers directly inside the property record:

  • Open the property
  • Go to Actions
  • Select Calculate Offer

Step 9. Sending Letters & Known Issues

  • Letters sent via REI Print Mail automatically update dates
  • Temporary outages may occur; Legacy can be used as a backup
  • Custom letter templates may still require Legacy access

If issues arise:

  • Submit a support ticket
  • The team can assist with setup or manual configuration

Step 10. What to Do Next

After setup:

  1. Import leads
  2. Send Prospect Neutral Letters
