The Investment Dominator 2.0 Setup Wizard is an all-in-one onboarding tool designed to help you properly configure your system before sending your first mailer. This step-by-step guide walks you through each section of the wizard so your account, websites, branding, and communication channels are fully ready for deal flow.
Accessing the Setup Wizard
- Log into your Investment Dominator 2.0 account.
- From the top-right corner of the system dashboard, click Setup.
- If you are navigating from another section of the platform, click the Investment Dominator icon (top-left) to return to the main screen, then select Setup.
This opens the onboarding wizard, which walks you through each configuration step.
Step 1: Personal Profile Information
In this first step, you’ll enter details that appear on letters and system-generated documents.
Information You’ll Provide
1. First & Last Name
This name appears on your outbound letters and communications. Enter your professional name as you want sellers to see it.
2. Profile Photo (Optional)
You may upload a headshot, but it is not required.
3. Email Address
This is your login email, not your business email.
You do not need to change this to your company email.
4. Phone Number
This number is not public and does not need to be a business line.
5. Personal Time Zone
Select your local time zone.
6. Digital Signature
Choose one of two options:
- Automatically generate a signature by typing your name and choosing a font
- Upload an image of your handwritten signature
This signature prints on your letters.
Click Save to continue.
Step 2: How You Will Use the System
Choose one of the following:
- Individual User
- I have a company set up
- I’m not sure yet
This affects how your company information is displayed later.
Click Next to continue.
Step 3: Company Information
This section controls what appears on your websites, letters, and public communications.
Required Company Details
1. Company Phone Number
If you follow the recommended 3-line setup (using a virtual phone service like Go), this is your main company line.
2. Fax Number (Optional)
Leave blank if you do not use one.
3. Company Email
We highly recommend using a dedicated business email (not your personal email).
Update this field with your business domain email once created.
4. Company Mailing Address
Do not use your home address.
Use one of the following instead:
- Your office location
- A virtual mailbox (recommended)
- e.g., LPGMailbox.com (from Anytime Mailbox)
Virtual mailboxes scan incoming mail and email it to you — no physical pickups required.
5. Company Time Zone
Match your actual time zone.
Click Next to continue.
Step 4: Buying Website & Branding Setup
Here you will configure your buying brand and domain.
1. Buying Brand Name
Enter the name of your buying company.
2. Buying Site Domain
You have two options:
- Purchase the domain directly through the wizard
- Or type the domain you want and click Check Availability
If available, click Register Domain.
3. Offer Phone Number
If using the 3-line phone system, this is your negotiation/offer line.
4. Offer Email
You may reuse your company email or create a separate email for offer negotiations.
5. Real Estate License Disclosure
If you are a licensed agent or broker:
- Select Yes
- Write a legally compliant disclosure
- This disclosure appears on your letters and websites
If not licensed, select No.
Click Next.
Step 5: Selling Website & Branding Setup
Now set up your selling website.
1. Selling Brand Name
Typically identical to your buying brand.
2. Selling Site Domain
Enter the domain name for your selling site (e.g., luisSellsLand.com), then:
- Click Check Availability
- Click Register Domain if available
3. Sales Phone Line (Cash Line)
This is the most important line—the number buyers call when they want a property you’re selling.
You should personally answer this line whenever possible.
4. Sales Email
You may reuse your company email or create a dedicated sales email.
Click Next to continue.
Step 6: Review & Complete Setup
Review all sections for accuracy:
- Personal profile
- Company information
- Buying site details
- Selling site details
- Domains
- Phone lines
- Email addresses
- License disclosure (if applicable)
If anything needs adjusting, click Edit on that section.
When everything looks correct, click Complete Setup.
