How To Customize the LPG Neutral Letter Template

To create your own version of the neutral letter template, follow the instructions below.

Step 1: Navigate to ‘Settings> Campaigns> TEMPLATES’ and click the ‘ADD TEMPLATE’ option:

Step 2: Set your initial configurations:

• Give your custom template a name like “My Custom Neutral Letter” under the ‘Title’ field.
• Under the ‘To’ field, select the ‘Owner – Land Only’ option.
• Under ‘File Type’ select the ‘PDF’ option.
• Under ‘Layout’, select the ‘Portrait’ option.
• Under ‘Content’ area, click the ‘Edit source’ icon on the document editor then copy/paste the content below into the ‘Edit Source’ window and click the ‘Save’ option to save the changes:

Step 3: Now that you have this document base, you can make your adjustments to the template using the document editor.

Step 4: Make your final configurations:

• Click the ‘CONFIRM’ button to save the custom template.
• Under ‘Allow Generate Envelope/Label’ select the ‘NO’ option.
• For ‘Allow Bulk Update’ select ‘YES’.
• Select ‘YES’ under ‘Allow Export Data’.
• Select ‘NO’ for ‘Per Each Property’.
