This guide walks you through the process of creating compelling property listings using the AI Copilot feature in Investment Dominator 2.0. The AI Copilot helps to generate engaging headlines, descriptions, and other listing content quickly and efficiently.
STEP 1: Access the Property Record
- Login to the ‘Admin Console‘.
- Click on ‘PROSPECTING‘ from the left navigation panel.
- Use the search options to locate your property record and click it to open the ‘Edit Property‘ screen.
- Review the record and ensure all desired data for the property is entered.
STEP 2: Invoke the AI Copilot to Generate Listing Content
- Click the ‘Ai Copilot‘ icon located at the bottom right corner of your screen.
- In the AI Copilot chat window, type the following message: “Review the details of this property then compose a compelling listing headline, sub-headline, short and long description” and click the ‘Send‘ icon:
STEP 3: Save and Publish Your Listing
- If satisfied with the AI-generated content, click the ‘Save‘ icon at the bottom right corner of the AI’s reply message:
- In the ‘Save As Listing‘ modal, review and optionally adjust the content. Add your ‘Sale Price‘, ‘Listing Contact Name or Company‘, and ‘Listing Contact Phone‘.
- Click the ‘CONFIRM‘ button to save the listing:
- After saving, click the ‘VIEW‘ button in the success message that appears in the chat window to see the listing details:
- Under the ‘Listing Status‘ dropdown, select ‘Public‘ to publish the listing on your ‘Selling Website‘:
