This article walks you through how to move multiple property records into a Deal Flow.
STEP 1: Select Your Property Records
- Navigate to the ‘PROSPECTING‘ section from the left side menu.
- Select the property records that you would like to update, then click ‘ACTIONS> Bulk Changes‘:
STEP 2: Bulk Changes> Deal Flow
- Search for and click the ‘Deal Flow‘ option under the ‘What field you would like to update?‘ dropdown, then click ‘NEXT‘ to continue:
- Select the ‘FIXED‘ option to set the same deal flow and deal flow status for each of the selected properties, then click ‘CONFIRM‘ to execute the update:
You will get a confirmation screen once the action is successful:
If you click on one of the records and navigate to the ‘Deal Flow‘ tab, you can confirm that the record has moved to the Deal Flow and Deal Flow status you had selected:
