Overview
When you first log in, you’ll be prompted to complete the Setup Wizard. This process collects essential information used across:
- Letters
- Buying & Selling Websites
- Public-facing contact details
Important: You must complete this setup before sending your first campaign.
Accessing the Setup Wizard
- Log in to Investment Dominator
- On the welcome screen, click Setup
- The Setup Wizard will open and guide you step-by-step
Step 1: Personal Profile Information
Enter your basic details:
- First & Last Name
- This will appear on your letters
- Profile Picture (Optional)
- Email & Phone Number
- Internal use only (not public-facing)
- Time Zone
- Signature
- Draw or type a stylized signature
- Usage Type
- Individual, Company, or Not Sure
You can update all of these later in your profile settings.
Step 2: Company Contact Information
This section contains public-facing details used on letters and websites.
Required Fields:
- Company Phone
- Company Email
- Company Address (Mailing Address)
Recommendations:
- Use a business phone system (ideally 3 lines):
- Offer Request Line
- Offer Negotiation Line
- Sales (Cash Buyer) Line
- Use a business email (recommended but optional)
- Use a virtual mailbox or PO Box instead of your home address
These details will appear on all outgoing marketing materials.
Step 3: Buying Company Setup
Configure how you present your business when acquiring properties.
Fields:
- Buying Company Name
- Use your LLC or “DBA + Your Name”
- Buying Website Domain

You receive one free buying domain. Choose carefully—changing later may require purchasing a new domain.
Step 4: Offer Contact Details
Set up communication channels for seller responses.
- Offer Phone (Negotiation Line)
- Offer Email
This line is used when sellers respond to offers you’ve already sent.
Step 5: Selling (Disposition) Setup
Configure how you sell properties to buyers.
Fields:
- Selling Company Name
- Selling Website Domain
- Sales Phone (Cash Buyer Line)
- Sales Email
This phone line is critical—it handles incoming buyer inquiries.
Step 6: Review & Complete Setup
- Review all entered information
- Confirm accuracy (especially phone numbers and domains)
- Click Complete Setup
After Setup: What’s Next?
Once completed, the system will guide you to:
- Download records
- Send letters
- Begin your first campaign

You can update your setup at any time:
Profile Settings
- Name, signature, password, notifications
Company Settings
- Go to: Settings → Company
- Update:

Note: Domains are the only items that require extra steps to change later.
