Improve the AI Comp Analysis in Investment Dominator 2.0 so it can identify whether a land parcel has easements or wetlands.
Problem:
Currently, the AI Pilot used during comp analysis cannot determine the presence of easements or wetlands, which are critical factors in land valuation and deal risk.
Proposed Improvement:
Integrate additional data sources or logic that allows the AI to flag known easements and wetland indicators, or clearly mark when this information is unavailable.
