Description:
Add an option that allows users to edit or update their initial support ticket message after it has been submitted.

Problem:
Currently, users must add a new reply to correct or clarify their original ticket. This can cause confusion and make the ticket history harder to follow.

Proposed Improvement:
Allow limited editing of the original ticket message, or provide a short edit window after submission.

Value:
Improves clarity, reduces unnecessary follow-up messages, and makes support tickets easier to review for both users and support teams.
